SummerBODY SHRED is a 8-week program designed for beginner lifters & runners who are ready to get intentional with their movement. This program is all about building consistency with goal-oriented strength training & timed running intervals that progress each week.
You'll train 6 days a week for 30-45 minutes a day, following simple, structured workouts so you can move more & think less. The focus? Getting stronger, moving with purpose, and feeling unstoppable.
