Hi, I'm Summer!
I started my fitness journey as a dancer. Starting dance at the age of 3, attending a boarding ballet school for high school and later studying dance in college, movement was my life. But with the intense focus on perfection and appearance, I also developed unhealthy habits and a poor relationship with my body.
Years of pushing myself beyond limits, feeling trapped in cycles of extremes, and ignoring my mental health led to burnout. I realized that true transformation isn’t just about what your body can do—it's about how your mind and body work together.
I’ve learned that lasting results come from a holistic approach: combining strength, movement, & mindset. That’s why I’m here—to help women build a stronger, healthier relationship with both mind and body. It's not about chasing a "perfect" body or fitting into a mold; it's about feeling strong, empowered, and connected to your authentic self.
